I just watched the first two episodes of The Spoils of Babylon, a faux 70's mini serious, and found it strangely captivating. Will Ferrell plays Eric Jonrosh, writer/director/narcassist, and presents each episode of his "masterpiece".
I noticed they filmed this scene at The Dresden, which has a beautiful mid-century dining room from 1964 (didn't have a great food experience though). The picture doesn't do it justice. The slated wood dividers make the banquettes feel intimate, but also highlight the height of the ceiling. So elegant.
